There were a few complications to deal with during the marketing and sale, including an uncooperative renting tenant, a difficult condo corporation, ongoing renovations and a property that we knew would not be an easy sell. There are so many ways in which Wendy went above and beyond, so we will mention only a few. Winning the cooperation of the rental tenants by bringing balloons and muffins for their children and spending time talking with the family (Wendy’s own idea), giving us constant advice on how to handle all individuals involved, giving us advice on changes to pricing strategy, making sure we kept calm when things took longer than expected, guiding us on how
much to invest in upgrades before the sale, etc.

Wendy was also always available to talk to us and patiently answer our sometimes silly questions from another time-zone. This made us feel very confident and helped our peace of mind.

In the end, and most importantly, Wendy secured our “best case” price after helping us through several iterations of the contract and closed the deal earlier than we had expected.

During the sale of our property it was evident to us that Wendy is not only a true real-estate professional who really understands her business and market beyond the basic buy and sell attitude that has become common in this field. She also used her significant experience and understanding of people, their situations and needs to achieve the best result and peace of mind for us.
